Main Components

* Two-piece threaded ball valve.
* Electric actuator.
* Electrical connection fittings and accessories.
* Open/closed position indicators, depending on the model.
* Control unit or automation system, according to application requirements.

Advantages

* Precise and reliable flow control.
* Fast and smooth electric operation.
* Two-piece design for easy installation and maintenance.
* Suitable for automated operation and integration with control systems.
* Remote control capability.
* Reliable sealing with reduced risk of leakage.
* Compact design suitable for a wide range of applications.
* Reduced need for manual operation.
* Compatible with PLC and SCADA systems, depending on the actuator and control unit.

Operating Principle

The valve operates using an internal ball with a flow passage. The electric actuator rotates the ball 90° to control the flow of the medium. When the ball passage aligns with the flow path, the valve opens. When the ball rotates perpendicular to the flow path, the valve closes and stops the flow.

The electric actuator can be operated through a control switch, automatic control unit, or PLC system, allowing local or remote operation according to the system requirements.
