Operating Principle
The system automatically opens and closes the blowdown valve using either a pneumatic or electric actuator according to predefined settings. When the scheduled blowdown time is reached or a control signal is received, the valve opens for a specified period to discharge sludge, sediment, and contaminated water from the bottom of the boiler. Once the blowdown cycle is completed, the valve closes automatically.
