Description

The Riello GI/EMME 1400–4500 series of Dual Fuel Burners is designed to meet the demanding requirements of heavy industrial applications, delivering outstanding reliability, high combustion efficiency, and stable operating performance.

The series covers a wide heat output range from 820 to 4,650 kW, making it suitable for a variety of industrial boiler systems, including both pressurized and non-pressurized combustion chambers, as well as numerous industrial heating and process applications.

The burners operate with a Two-Stage Progressive control system and can be upgraded to Modulating operation when connected to a PID controller and the corresponding sensors. This allows precise flame control according to the required heat demand, resulting in improved combustion efficiency and reduced fuel consumption.

The series can operate on natural gas or light oil (diesel), with manual fuel selection, providing maximum flexibility to suit different operating requirements.

The burners are equipped with a dedicated electric motor for the air damper, allowing the air inlet to close during gas operation. This minimizes heat losses, improves combustion efficiency, and enhances overall burner performance.
